Shipping, Delivery, Returns & Exchanges

HOW LONG IS DELIVERY? 

Please allow up to 7 days for your jewellery to be shipped, and up to 14 days for engraved items to be shipped (and therefore a few more each side for delivery).  Every single piece of our jewellery is handmade to order and most are available to personalise, therefore please bear with us, we spend that extra time ensuring your items are unique and to a high quality. 


WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship all over the world.  Our standard delivery is now Royal Mail First Class Signed For, and our postage and packing charge is £3.50 in the UK, and £8 for the rest of the world.  This means that we will always be able to track your purchase.  Once items are shipped we cannot be responsible for their journey and any disputes over lost mail would have to be taken up with Royal Mail (we are happy to initiate this).

The costume stock sale jewellery is sent out normal First Class delivery by Royal Mail.  Cost is £1.50 in the UK and £8 for the rest of the world.


DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS?

We are sure that you will be happy with your purchase, however if you are not fully satisfied we will offer a return or full refund unless the item is made to order or personalised (ie. engraved).  If the item is made to order or personalised we offer an exchange for the same item if the item arrives faulty. 


HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?

We offer a 14 day return policy.  Beyond that we cannot offer a return or exchange unless a defect occurs. 


WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Returns are typically processed within around 5 working days of us receiving the goods back.  You will get a notificaiton when the refund has been processed.  Please allow up to 7 days for the funds to show in your account to compensate for any delay by your bank or card issuer.  Your refund will be paid to you by the same method as payment was made (PayPal).


WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY EXCHANGE?

Exchanges are usually processed and dispatched within around 5 working days of us receiving the goods back. Therefore you should receive your exchange within 5 - 7 days. 


YOU'VE SENT ME THE WRONG ITEMS, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We're only human, and occasionally mistakes can happen.  If it has happened to you we're very sorry and we'll do our best to get the right items to you as soon as possible.  Just get in touch by sending an email using the Contact page and a member of our Customer Services team will get back to you as soon as possible, and in any event within 2 working days. 


THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS FAULTY, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you think the item your received is faulty please get in touch by sending an email using the Contact page and a member of our Customer Services team will get back to you as soon as possible, and in any event within 2 working days, and we'll ensure that we sort out any problems for you.
